We're hiring an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week local contract providing 1:1 skilled nursing care in patient homes.

Pay: $50/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)

On-Call: 1 weekend per month + occasional weekday after-hours

Mileage Reimbursement: $0.49 per mile

Contract Length: 13 weeks
?? Responsibilities

OASIS assessments and HCHB charting
-
Skilled nursing care in the home setting

Medication management and care coordination
-
Monitor patient conditions and communicate with physicians

Opportunity to supervise LPNs and assist with training
? Requirements

Active RN license
-
Home health experience required
-
Valid driver's license & auto insurance

CPR and compliance requirements
